Everyone can create such properties without congesting a central registrar.

You can create a my_hr:healthPlanCode property based on hr:healthPlanId.

Re-use mechanisms

• RDF Schema has terms for defining sub-classes and sub-properties.
• Can also describe the subject and object of properties.
  • Enable type inferencing.
  • If it has a hr:healthPlanId it must be a hr:HRrecord.
