URIs for element identification

Had to aggregate node names from multiple node elements, eg abstract_CalcSoapAdd.
Authors of this namespace must be aware of protocols that invent names in their namespace.

Proposed requirement:
All conceptual elements in these messages be addressable directly via a URI reference.
