The “Resource Description Framework (RDF): Concepts and Abstract Syntax” document has been translated to Russian. Thanks to Evgeny Rabchevsky (Евгений Рабчевский) for this translation, entitled “Среда Описания Ресурса (RDF): Понятия и Абстрактный Синтаксис”. By the way, a number of translations are available both for the RDF and the OWL Recommendations suite (though more is always welcome…)
