Call for Review: W3C DOM4 Proposed Recommendation Published

The HTML Working Group has published a Proposed Recommendation of W3C DOM4. DOM defines a platform-neutral model for events and node trees. DOM4 adds Mutation Observers as a replacement for Mutation Events. Comments are welcome through 03 November.
