Description
3P is a PHP implementation of the POWDER processor described in Section 3 of the W3C TR titled POWDER: Description Resources. This tool is currently under development, and it has been posted online only for testing and demonstration purposes. For the list of features currently supported by the processor, we refer to the document titled POWDER.
