You might want to take a look at MoinMoin:JrgenHermann/AdvogatoDiary and MoinMoin:AdvogatoXslt regarding wiki and RDF, or any XML actually (yes, you made the right choice of wiki software ;) ).
This is a test of the feasibility of writing wiki pages from my ipaq in a taxi. shame i forgot the keyboard. Hmm how best to write a restaurant review?
Thoughts on Wiki
Thinking about writing about controversial topics, such as the war in Iraq, I was struck by what is doubtless obvious to Wiki oldtimers. There is in Wiki a strong practical motivation to avoid the contentious: if you write in a style that emphasises controversy, your words invite radical critique and editing. If you focus on common perspective and cool-headed accounts of difference, your words are more likely to survive in an environment where the entire net-connected world has the ability to delete them.
Counter thought: Wiki communities may benefit from constructed tribalism: we purposefully make it easy for the world to vandalise our collaborations, creating a common bond of concern that our collective efforts may at any point be trashed by thoughtless outsiders. In this way, a sense of communal concern and shared risk-of-loss is cultivated amongst otherwise disinterested parties. Is this too cynical?!
Hi DanBri, I did some work on OrphanedPages / IslandTopic s and your homepage is the only think I can think to connect these from:
